What has the pandemic had on our mental health. Our Mental Health has lead to to feelings of depression, fear and anxiety. I have myself have had feelings of depression, fear, anxiety and burnout. Burned out with the pandemic.
If it was not for regular therapy sessions, also psychiatry has been my saving Grace during the unknown creative time. We all had to be creative with ourselves, learning more about ourselves. What are our fears and shortcomings in our lives the past 2 long unending days and weeks
