We left Edinburgh to head to Perth via Sterling. We visited Sterling Castle for the morning then we visited The church of the Holy Rude which was totally interesting and all the stain glass windows and all the history of the church and time period. We had a group dinner They celebrated my birthday tonight and we had a lot of food including fruit and sorbet for 1st course then Main course of salmon. We had crème brûlée for dessert. We are staying at the Royal George Hotel and the staff brought me a birthday dessert and everybody same to me and another fellow traveler twice . I got a birthday card and a chat GT created poem. It was a nice surprise. It made me cry which I hardly do. I was touched.
