What is a friend? Who are are friends? Are we a friend to people in need or are alone and just needs someone who can visit them.

A friend is someone who we can trust and be a listening ear and just want someone to be with them on a regular basis. Can we be a listening ear to our friends. “I’m hear for you” call if you need me. We are almost always there for our friends.

In my church volunteer work I have the opportunity to visit our members in there homes. We give them home communion, have a visit and have a photo for our online directory. It is a chance to visit our homebound members and bring the church out in the city and beyond. Westminster Presbyterian Church Minneapolis has been a friend to me over the years.
